Real development experience
Engineering and implementation, not only interpretation of standards.
Established in 2020, FuSaExperts is based in California, with team presence in Munich and Los Angeles and serves safety- and integrity-critical industries.
FuSaExperts is a safety-engineering company applying AI where it adds engineering value, not a generic AI consultancy. We combine more than 20 years of professional experience with real development-program practice across automotive, medical devices, railway and industrial systems.
We support work from concept through certification readiness, bringing together technical safety engineering, process improvement, training and innovation. Our approach adapts to large OEM environments as well as agile start-ups.

Founder & CEO
Peter Spence is a safety and control systems engineering professional with more than 20 years of experience in safety-critical systems. His background spans functional safety, system and control engineering, cybersecurity, safety architecture, and safety analysis across automotive, robotics, autonomous systems, industrial applications, and other complex engineered systems.
Throughout his career, Peter has worked on the design and development of safety-critical systems, including autonomous vehicles, robotic systems, and process-related applications. He combines deep engineering experience with a practical understanding of how safety activities need to integrate with real development programs.
“Safety as an engineering discipline has to develop with technology — especially with the rapid progress of AI — while staying grounded in the principles that make systems safe.”
